What Will You Do

  • Assist taxpayers by providing clear and accurate information about regional taxes (Pajak Daerah) via WhatsApp Business.
  • Offer solutions to challenges faced by taxpayers, ensuring smooth communication and effective resolutions.
  • Efficiently transfer chats to the appropriate regional agents (UPPPD) for further assistance when needed.
  • Verify and provide accurate information related to regional tax inquiries from taxpayers.

What Will You Need

  • Minimum bachelor degree (preferably in administration, customer service, or taxation).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in taxation or public service is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and chatbot platforms is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of regional taxes or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations and transfer chats effectively.
  • Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, chat tools, and basic administrative software.
