📍 Placement: Client Site (Full WFO)
Our sister company is looking for a Data Support Solution Operations professional to join the team.
This role will be placed directly at one of our client’s offices, so candidates must be willing to work fully onsite (WFO) at the client location.
What Will You Do
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data that supports business decision-making.
- Monitor and troubleshoot APIs to ensure smooth system integration and communication.
- Lead incident response, handle operational escalations, and help prevent recurring issues.
- Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and support retention strategies.
- Translate technical issues into clear business impact and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What Will You Need
- Strong SQL skills (comfortable writing complex queries).
- Solid understanding of APIs and troubleshooting common errors (e.g., 404, timeouts).
- Experience in data analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage incidents effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with interest in improving customer loyalty and retention.
- Willingness to work full WFO at our client’s office (mandatory requirement).
Bonus Point If You Have Experience In:
- Python
- BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
- Shell/Bash scripting
