• Keeping an Eye on APIs: Making sure our systems are talking to each other correctly and troubleshooting when they're not.
• Firefighting & Prevention: Leading the charge during incidents and then figuring out how to stop them from happening again.
• Boosting Customer Loyalty: Using data analytics to understand why customers stay (or leave) and helping us build better retention strategies.
• Connecting the Dots: Translating technical issues into business impact and vice versa.

What Will You Need

• SQL (You can write a query in your sleep).
• APIs (You know what a 404 error is and how to start investigating).
• Data Analytics (You see stories in spreadsheets and dashboards).
• Incident Management (You stay calm under pressure).
• Customer Retention (You're passionate about creating happy, long-term customers).

Bonus Point If You Have Experience In:

• Python
• BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio)
• Shell/Bash scripting
