Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential customers before handing them over to the Sales team.
This role serves as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, helping Nawatech generate new business opportunities for our technology solutions.
What Will You Do
- Identify and research target companies based on Nawatech’s priority industries
- Find and approach key decision makers (CTO, CIO, Head of IT, Head of Data, etc.)
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
- Perform initial qualification to understand prospects’ business needs
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team
- Manage and update prospect data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and performance
What Will You Need
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales Support (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with business professionals
- Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM tools
- Interest in technology, data, AI, or software development
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience in IT, software, or consulting companies
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, data analytics, or AI
- Experience in outbound B2B prospecting
