What Will You Do

  • Design visual assets for digital platforms and internal communication needs
  • Produce branding and marketing materials across multiple formats (social media, presentations, print, etc.)
  • Develop simple motion graphics and animated assets to enhance campaigns
  • Translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts and design solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, and Product for design executi
  • Prepare and optimize final assets for various outputs (web, print, multi-format delivery
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and ensure continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines
  • Stay updated with the latest visual design trends and best practices

What Will You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields
  • Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer (portfolio is required)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Skilled in Figma for layout design and collaborative workflows
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and brand guideline implementation
  • Solid foundation in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Basic ability to create motion graphics or simple animations
  • High attention to detail with strong quality control in design outputs
  • Strong ownership, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Bintaro

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience creating marketing campaign assets across digital channels
  • Familiarity with asset optimization for different platforms (IG, LinkedIn, web, print)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
