Product Manager

What Will You Do

• Gather and document requirement from client.
• Initiate & lead product development team.
• Lead technical and design discussion" to define end to end flow.
• Guide designer to build user interface UI/UX.
• Coordinate product features & problem between partners and client.
• Develop, document, socialize, and inform PRD and roadmap for every product as an information center.
• Define realistic timeline for product development.
• Handle question from partners, stakeholders, and development team.
• Do user research to map customer's paint point to help designer to improve the design.
• Manage project milestones and project delivery.
• Inform progress periodically to superior.
• Define strategy and plan for product continuity.
• Prepare product's contract & agreement for user.
• Propose contract & agreement for legal review.
• Collect, compare, negotiate, and select vendor (based on indicators: capabilities and price).
• Facilitate, distribute and escalate Issues or problem to related team or leaders.
• Search the best fit technology and method for solution finding to help the development team.

What Will You Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in or related to product manager.
• Experience/familiar working with principal and partners in terms of customer focus.
• Experience collaborating with cross division, both from business side & technical side.
• Experienced in error handling.
• Experience with managing team with various background.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication (fluent in English).
• Well understanding of industry insights.
• Teamwork; Influencing; Presentation.
• Well connected and/or socially adept and has network in IT industry is a plus.
