What Will You Do
- Conduct user research and UX analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Create user flows, information architecture (IA), wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Design functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Present design concepts clearly and explain design decisions based on user insights and UX principles
- Prepare detailed design handoff documentation for developers
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, testing, and business requirements
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system (components, tokens, patterns)
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
What Will You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- Proven experience designing digital products (portfolio is required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of components, tokens, and prototyping
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
- Strong ownership and ability to manage design tasks independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Bintaro
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience working with established design systems
- Familiarity with usability testing and research methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience collaborating closely with developers in agile teams
