Robust and Intelligent Energy Data Acquisition System
The Industrial Energy Meter is a robust and intelligent energy data acquisition system, built to bridge traditional electrical infrastructure with modern IoT platforms. At its core, it combines a high-efficiency ARM Cortex-M4 processor for precise energy measurement and an ESP32 module for wireless connectivity and edge computing tasks.
Designed to monitor both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, this gateway supports voltage inputs up to 575V, current inputs from 20mA to 6A, and delivers highly accurate energy readings compliant with international metering standards such as IEC 62053-22 and EN 50470-3.
With RS485 (Modbus RTU) for legacy system integration, and Wi-Fi + MQTT (Azure IoT Hub) for cloud-based analytics, the gateway ensures seamless data flow across industrial and digital ecosystems. Its rugged design and compact form make it ideal for factories, smart grid deployments, and energy monitoring systems seeking precise, scalable, and connected solutions.
